Finally, a foam roller that was literally built for the back. Where other foam rollers are flat, the Axle offers a wide recess in the middle to (1) take pressure off your sensitive spine and (2) give you just the nook you need for other foam rolling favorites like quads, IT bands and rear shoulder.
Slide to Rod through the center of the Axle for a foam roller with handles to roll out your legs or even have a friend roll out your back. Rod sold separately.
